Media advertisers are facing an industry-wide " cultural competency" problem that is limiting their ability to develop products and services and effectively market - reach and persuade - to consumers of color. A problem that is only becoming more acute as the U.S. population becomes more diverse and people of color become the majority.


This panel will discuss innovative short-term and long-term strategies being developed to address this "cultural competency" problem and provide policymakers and concerned stakeholders with recommendations to help support and scale these efforts.
